New tariffs will come into force in Russia on 9 February, according to the December order "On setting the exceptional rates for carload transportation via the Russian railways, as well as the delivery of own (leased) empty railcars from the Lokot, Neverovskaya, Masalskaya, Removskaya, Tretyakovo stations of Kazakhstan Railways, located in the Altai Territory of the Russian Federation, with the point of destination stations of Russian Railways RZD, located in Russia".
