Wu Han is still blocked and what Government trying to do , renovate more facilities ( sport stadium
And colleges) to temporary medical shelter  .etc .

Shanghai and many other cities (provinces ) ,trying to slow down the returning people , more or less
You will see half of companies office re-open in shanghai with limited number of employer , some other
Cities like SZ  , local authority request doc. And other condition what you can not get it in short time ,
Thus our SZ offices could not work in office and has to keep W-F-H .
 
Many offices in shanghai still keep W-F-H , incl. shipping lines .

Factories actual meet more challenge than  offices , lack of manpower / mask /local requirement for re-open ..etc ,
Many of factories could not re-open or only part of production , also meet material supply difficulty ..

I believe if the Virus spread got under control , it still take 2-3 weeks to get back normal .

Shanghai , except test temperature /wear mask , for anyone return from outside shanghai places request to
Stay home self-isolate 14 days b4 enter into office building . For anyone return from Hubei province isolate mandatory
14 days ( no one from Hubei could return yet ) .
