Dear Polytra- dear friends

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing death of our previous President, owner and CEO of Polytra; Mister Maurice Velge.

Mr Velge died surrounded by his family and his horses in France on Sunday 4/10/2020.

Mr Velge’s passion and commitment has been a true inspiration for many of us. He succeeded each time to surprise us with his energy, his contagious enthusiasm and positivism and his strong will to succeed. He has clearly left a long lasting impression on many people not only professionally but during all his endeavors.  

I don’t think it is an overstatement to state that a he was in all his aspects a great entrepreneur, a great leader and a great person.

Mr Velge was very proud of Polytra, now it is our turn to continue his legacy with the same passion and commitment he has given us.

He will for sure be missed.

We will open a funeral register in the VIP salon downstairs. Our African friends are invited to send their words to Linda who will then add them to the register.

The register will be handed to his family.

We will keep you informed on when the funeral will take place and the possibilities to join considering the current Covid circumstances and the wishes of family.
