Right after FRACHT Austria, we have now also been able to complete, in addition to the already existing ISO 9001:2015 the ISO 14001:2015 and GDP Pharma certification for Billitz Austria  successfully.

We are pleased to have set another milestone in the direction of quality, sustainability and business development.

Die Verbreitung des Virus SARS-CoV-2 und die damit verbundene Krankheit COVID-19 (Corona-Pandemie) kann zu Störungen der Transportabläufe führen. Dem Auftraggeber ist bekannt, dass durch die Corona-Pandemie Verzögerungen auftreten und hierdurch Liefertermine unter Umständen nicht eingehalten werden und unerwartete, bei Vertragsschluss nicht kalkulierte Mehrkosten entstehen können. Der Spediteur ist verpflichtet, diese nach Möglichkeit zu vermeiden bzw. zu mindern. Der Auftraggeber ist hiernach zum Ersatz der Mehrkosten verpflichtet. Eine Haftung des Spediteurs, für durch die Corona Pandemie verursachte Lieferfristüberschreitungen ist ausgeschlossen.

The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the associated disease COVID-19 (Corona pandemic) can lead to disruptions in transport processes. The Customer is aware that delays may occur as a result of the Corona pandemic and that this may mean that delivery dates cannot be met and that unexpected additional costs may arise which were not calculated when the contract was concluded. The freight forwarder is obliged to avoid or reduce these as far as possible. In accordance with this, the customer is obliged to reimburse the additional costs. The freight forwarder shall not be liable for exceeding the delivery deadline caused by the Corona pandemic.
