The number of new affected cases goes down compare previous day , especially with outside Hubei province  ;

More and more re-open or on process application of re-open , except Hu Bei province still no date been announced

And it will take a while (not sure when ) ;

Manufactories re-open but to recover full production capacity still meets difficulties , either Worker or material since

whole supply chain affected; Some manufactories still wait or apply permit from local authorities . Large firm are

very careful ,because if one affected case been found onsite and you have to close the whole site and staffs isolate

14days . They have to really measure the risk and the loss ;

Local domestic transportation ( road ) recover step by step , from Feb.15^th , Yangze river delta region publish policy that

Trucker (trucking company ) apply Domestic transport pass online , then you could come and go in between these region

and driver allow to take exemption of “14 days self-isolation “,surely your healthy / temperature status will be monitored .

For the factories who has stock or re-open could send /receive cargo .

Shipping line /Airline (cargo flight ) will be adjusted once more cargo available , we believe so , presently blank sailing still take

place , pl. check case by case with us .

Most of companies which job is able to be done from home still maintain W-F-H style and staffs on shift into office, central

a/c forbid to switch on and still cold in Shanghai . Our SZ office received re-open conditional permit and some staffs will work from office from tomorrow , NBO office received conditional permit with 1 staff enter pass .

Give another week and situation will be more different in Shanghai, hopefully , another 2-3 weeks ,most of regions could catch up ,

For Hubei province it’ll take longer and regret to say , no any official statement When yet ;
