More or less , the COVID-19 outbreak really got under control in China ,Today new affected.

Cases reported 120 and 115 is in Hu Bei province;

Government encouraged & supported all companies / factories re-open and get back normal Under necessary protection measure ,such as regular temperature test /Wear MASK / disinfect environment / forbid gathering /keep distance ..etc ;

Some critical rules with the ban of travel /transport between cities/provinces have been cancelled. 

Instead of applying digital “green health code “ , in general , transport method got recovered for loose truck /container truck …etc .

A few places were not heavily by the outbreak in Hu Bei, People who have been locked there, could get out and return to their work cities or home and must have 14 days quarantine self-isolate . But Wu Han and a few other cities are still blocked. Work resume date will be advised from Mar.10^th , however we believe it will be guided gradually and soft start . Surely transport industry /port /warehouse will become priority, we learnt re-open from Mar.10^th . When WUHAN will be unlocked for people? No confirmed

date yet. You may consider except Hubei province , China average re-open 80-90% , varies percentage rely

on region very much . Still have some factories could not recovery due to either lack of labor or lack of raw material since supply chain been interrupt , it takes some more days;

All Fracht offices here are duly operating;

Sea freight facing a bit space problem since capacity is reducing because of blank sailing , roll-over happened ,

but we could manage most of job done as per expected dates. We are not seeing container equipment shortage here yet ,

it might happen in other side, and we have to wait it might be coming back then by a circle a few weeks later here.

Air freight price changing daily or even every 2 hours , please do check case by case with us, price increase 2 or 3 times and

more is common situation this week . You got to make decision really quick to lock space and be ready accepting the price .

Airline extend the suspention dates for passengers flight, America /Canada airlines cancelled flight until middle or end of April,  

Europe till end of March. and further plans are not released yet .  All Chinese airlines still stick to fly and increase capacity.

Newly update COVID-19 high risk list removed a few chinese regions and only leaves Hu Bei province on, added Korea /

Japan / Italy /Iran. Any nationality who come from above places and been requested 14 days quarantine time, either self-

isolate or stay at quarantine depot nominated by local authorities . Travel guidance suggests to plan return journey

not transferring via above location. There are new affected cases in China, who returned from Italy /Iran last 3 days.

Schools re-open date has not been officially announced, for Non-Hubei province ,the sign shows by end of March;

Hubei province has to wait further.
