Bowen’s Customs & Logistics have been working with us in Australia for more than 35 Years and when the principle retired in 2015 the Fracht Australia Group of Companies bought the Company. Not only do we do the traditional Brokerage services we also have a Trading division that buys products and resells them to the large retailers here in Australia & New Zealand.

we have now changed the web page to show Indent Procurement as the forefront of our business.

We have also added the staff photos from our Photoshoot – this gives our clients a face to the name they are dealing with

 So if you have clients that want to crack the Australian Market and don’t want a presence here, Bowen’s can handle the products from factory to retailer’s Distribution centres and they can remain the owner of the product or Bowens can arrange a finance deal to be the Importer of record and handle the logistics and storage in order to restock their clients premises. Bowen’s can even handle Point of Sale data and forecast the replenishment of the products.

The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the associated disease COVID-19 (Corona pandemic) can lead to disruptions in transport processes. The Customer is aware that delays may occur as a result of the Corona pandemic and that this may mean that delivery dates cannot be met and that unexpected additional costs may arise which were not calculated when the contract was concluded. The freight forwarder is obliged to avoid or reduce these as far as possible. In accordance with this, the customer is obliged to reimburse the additional costs. The freight forwarder shall not be liable for exceeding the delivery deadline caused by the Corona pandemic.
